Working Principle
Pneumatic Grease Pump: Driven by compressed air, the pneumatic motor makes the piston move back and forth. By utilizing the area difference between the upper and lower ends of the piston, high-pressure fluid is generated to draw garlic butter out of the storage container and transport it to the desired location.
Electric Grease Pump: The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate after being decelerated by the worm gear. The eccentric wheel pushes the plunger pair to move back and forth, sucking and pumping garlic butter. The check valve integrated in the pump unit can prevent the backflow of butter.
Structural Composition
Pump Body: It is the main part of the grease pump, usually made of metal materials such as cast iron and stainless steel. It has good sealing performance and corrosion resistance to ensure that garlic butter will not leak during the transportation process.
Power Unit: Such as a pneumatic motor or an electric motor, which provides power for the pump to enable it to work properly.

Food Processing Industry: During the production process of garlic butter, it is used to transport the mixed garlic butter to the packaging equipment for packaging, or to transport the garlic butter from the storage tank to each workstation on the production line.
Catering Industry: In the kitchens of large restaurants and hotels, for example, it is used to distribute garlic butter to different cooking areas, making it convenient for chefs to use and improving cooking efficiency.
Maintenance and Upkeep
Regular Cleaning: Regularly clean the oil stains and debris on the surface of the pump body to prevent them from entering the interior of the pump and affecting its normal operation. For the internal components of the pump, such as the piston and the check valve, they also need to be disassembled and cleaned regularly to remove the garlic butter residues attached to them, so as not to affect the sealing performance and the working efficiency of the pump.
Inspection of Component Wear: Check the wear condition of vulnerable components such as the piston, plunger, and check valve. If severe wear is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
Lubrication Maintenance: Regularly add lubricating oil to the moving parts of the pump, such as bearings and gears, to reduce friction, minimize wear, and extend the service life of the pump.
