Stable Flow
The screw rotor pump belongs to positive displacement pumps and has the characteristic of positive displacement. This means that when the rotational speed of the pump is fixed, the volume of liquid discharged per revolution is basically fixed, enabling it to provide a stable and continuous flow.
For example, during the precise batching process in chemical production, regardless of how the back pressure of the subsequent pipeline system changes, as long as the rotational speed of the pump remains unchanged, it can ensure the accurate delivery of chemical raw materials at the set flow rate, without being affected by pressure fluctuations, effectively guaranteeing the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality.

Strong Self-priming Ability
This kind of pump can suck in liquid below the horizontal position of the pump and does not require additional priming devices. This is because its internal spiral structure can effectively discharge air when rotating, creating sufficient negative pressure at the inlet to suck in the liquid.
For instance, in a sewage treatment plant, when it is necessary to extract sewage from a lower sewage pool, the screw rotor pump can easily suck the sewage into the pump body, and it can also carry out stable conveyance even if the liquid level changes. Adaptability to High-viscosity Media

The special design makes it have low noise and vibration during operation. The internal screw rotates relatively smoothly, and the liquid conveyance process is relatively continuous and uniform, reducing the noise and vibration caused by fluid impact and component friction.
For example, when used in the pharmaceutical delivery system of a hospital or in a laboratory environment with high requirements for noise, the low noise and low vibration characteristics of the screw rotor pump can effectively reduce the interference to the surrounding environment and provide a relatively quiet and comfortable working environment.

Corrosion Resistance and Wear Resistance
It is usually made of materials that are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. According to different application scenarios, different materials can be selected for components such as the pump body and rotors.
