Electrical Safety Aspects
Grounding Protection: The hawthorn cake filling machine must be properly grounded to prevent operators from getting an electric shock when there is leakage in electrical equipment. The grounding connection should be firm and reliable. Regularly check whether the grounding circuit is intact, and the grounding resistance should meet the safety standards.
Avoid Overloading: Understand the rated power of the filling machine to prevent overloading caused by turning on too many motors, heating devices and other equipment simultaneously. For example, when starting the equipment, each functional component should be turned on in sequence to avoid excessive instantaneous current. Moreover, ensure that the capacity of the power supply line can meet the requirements of the equipment operation, otherwise it may cause the line to overheat and even lead to a fire.
Prevent Electric Shock: When cleaning, repairing or debugging the equipment, first cut off the power supply and hang a warning sign saying "Under Repair, Do Not Switch On" at the power switch. Avoid operators touching electrical components such as motor junction boxes and electrical components in the control box when the equipment is live.
Waterproof and Moisture-proof: The electrical control part of the filling machine should avoid contact with water and humid environments. Because moisture may cause an electrical short circuit and damage the equipment. If the humidity of the surrounding environment of the equipment is relatively high, dehumidifying equipment can be installed or sealing measures can be taken for the electrical control cabinet.


Mechanical Safety Aspects
Protective Devices: Ensure that protective devices such as guardrails and protective covers on the equipment are firmly installed and in the correct positions. For example, for transmission parts such as pulleys and chains, protective covers should be set up to prevent operators' clothes, hair or limbs from being caught in them. And the protective devices cannot be removed casually. Only when necessary operations such as maintenance and repair are carried out can they be removed under the condition of ensuring safety, and they should be installed and restored in time after the operation is completed.
Safe Distance from Moving Parts: Operators should maintain a certain safe distance from moving parts during the operation of the equipment. Parts such as the reciprocating motion of pistons and the rotational motion of rotors may cause harm to nearby people when working. When laying out the equipment, the operation space should be planned reasonably to ensure that operators have enough room to avoid.
Prevent Foreign Objects from Entering: During the operation of the equipment, prevent foreign objects such as tools and parts from entering the interior of the machine. Foreign objects may damage the internal mechanical structure and cause equipment failure. For example, near the filling head, items unrelated to the filling operation should not be placed to avoid them accidentally falling into the hawthorn cake being filled or entering the interior of the equipment.


Material Safety Aspects
Prevent Material Splashing: During the filling process, especially when using pressure filling or high-speed filling methods, the hawthorn cake may splash out due to pressure or inertia. Operators should wear protective glasses, masks and aprons and other protective supplies to avoid the hawthorn cake coming into contact with eyes, mouth and skin. At the same time, check whether the filling head is installed correctly and sealed well to reduce the possibility of material splashing.
Hygiene and Cleaning Safety: Since hawthorn cake is food, the cleaning of the filling machine is crucial. When cleaning the equipment, use cleaning agents and tools that meet the food hygiene standards. And after cleaning, ensure that the cleaning agents are completely rinsed off to avoid the residue of cleaning agents mixing with the hawthorn cake. In addition, when cleaning the interior of the equipment, such as material pipes and filling chambers, first release the internal pressure to prevent the cleaning agents and residual materials from spraying out and hurting people.


Operation Safety Aspects
Training before On-duty: Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the operation process, safety precautions and emergency handling methods of the filling machine before they can start working. Operators should be able to correctly operate the control panel of the equipment, such as starting, stopping, adjusting the filling volume and speed and other functions.
Emergency Stop Button: Ensure that operators know the location and usage method of the emergency stop button. In case of emergencies such as equipment failure, personnel injury or abnormal leakage of materials, they can quickly press the emergency stop button to stop the operation of the equipment. And regularly check whether the emergency stop button can work normally.
Follow the Operating Procedures: Strictly follow the operating procedures provided by the equipment manufacturer. For example, when filling different specifications of packaging containers, adjust the filling parameters according to the specified steps; when starting and stopping the equipment, operate in sequence to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by improper operation.
