Working Principle


The servo rotor pump paste heat-insulating filling machine mainly consists of a control cabinet, a conveying mechanism, a filling mechanism, a stirring mechanism, etc. Its working principle is as follows: The materials are added into the hopper through the feeding port. The bottles to be filled are conveyed by the conveyor belt to the positioning and detecting mechanism where the conveyance stops. The filling head of the filling assembly moves into the bottle mouth. The second driving motor inside the control cabinet controls the start of the pumping liquid pump. The materials enter the inner cavity of the pumping liquid pump from the discharging port of the hopper through the feeding port, and then enter the filling assembly through the discharging port to fill the bottles. When the injection volume reaches the set value, the second driving motor stops driving, the pumping liquid pump is closed, the filling assembly is reset, and the first driving motor controls the conveyor belt to convey the next bottle to the positioning and detecting mechanism, and this process repeats cyclically.


Main Features


High-precision Filling: Servo motors are used to control the rotation speed, start-up and shutdown of the rotor pump, enabling precise control of the filling volume. The filling accuracy can reach ±0.2% or even higher, effectively reducing material waste.


Strong Material Adaptability: It is applicable to various paste materials, such as cosmetic creams, food sauces, pharmaceutical ointments, etc. It can also handle paste materials containing particles to ensure that the particles are evenly distributed in the filled products.


Heat-insulating Function: The hopper is equipped with a heater and a temperature controller, which can heat and keep the materials warm, preventing the materials from congealing or thickening due to too low temperature during the filling process, thus affecting the filling effect and product quality.


High Degree of Automation: It has functions such as automatic conveyance, automatic positioning, automatic filling, and automatic metering. It can be integrated with other production equipment to form a complete automated production line, improving production efficiency and product quality.


Easy to Clean and Maintain: The equipment is reasonably designed in structure. The parts in contact with the materials are easy to disassemble and clean, which can effectively prevent material residues and cross-contamination, meeting the hygienic requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
