The following are some common malfunctions and solutions of the putty paste filling machine:
Inaccurate Filling Volume
Causes:
Improper adjustment of throttle valves: If the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed or adjusted unreasonably, it will affect the filling volume.
Air or foreign objects in the pipeline: There are foreign objects in the quick-install three-way control valve, or there is air in the rubber hoses of the quick-install three-way control valve and the filling nozzle, resulting in an unstable filling volume.
Damaged sealing rings: The aging or damage of the sealing rings will cause leakage during the filling process and affect the filling accuracy.
Problems with the valve core of the filling nozzle: The valve core of the filling nozzle gets stuck or opens with a delay, leading to insufficient or inaccurate filling volume.
Unstable air pressure: If the air pressure of the air pressure valve is not adjusted properly or there is air leakage in the air pressure valve, the filling pressure will be insufficient, thereby affecting the filling volume.
Solutions:
Check and adjust the throttle valves to ensure they are in the correct open state.
Clean the foreign objects in the quick-install three-way control valve and remove the air in the rubber hoses.
Replace the damaged sealing rings.
Reinstall or adjust the valve core of the filling nozzle to make it open and close normally.
Debug the air pressure valve to make it reach the ideal air pressure value and check whether the air pipe leaks.
No Discharge of Materials
Causes:
Insufficient or blocked materials: There is insufficient material in the material cylinder, or there are blockages in the filling liner and the filling channel, resulting in the inability of the material to flow out normally.
Damaged components: For example, the valve core of the filling nozzle is damaged, the diaphragm valve is damaged, etc., which affects the discharge of materials.
Insufficient air pressure: The air pressure is not enough to push the piston to squeeze out the material.
Solutions:
Replenish materials in a timely manner and clean the blockages in the filling liner and the filling channel.
Replace the damaged components such as the valve core of the filling nozzle and the diaphragm valve.
Check the air pressure system to ensure that the air pressure meets the working requirements of the filling machine.
Problems with the Piston of the Material Cylinder
Causes:
Offset position of the piston: The material cylinder is not in the center position of the material cylinder bracket, resulting in unsmooth movement of the piston.
Loose connection between the piston and the piston rod: The connection between the two is loose, affecting the normal work of the piston.
Damaged O-ring sealing of the piston: The damage of the sealing ring will cause material leakage and affect the normal operation of the filling machine.
Solutions:
Reinstall the material cylinder to make it located in the center position of the material cylinder bracket.
Tighten the connection between the piston and the piston rod.
Replace the damaged O-ring sealing of the piston.
The Filling Machine Stops Running
Causes:
Power supply problems: Power failure, unstable voltage or poor connection of the power cord lead to the inability of the filling machine to start normally.
Machine malfunctions: Such as damaged motors, faults of transmission components, etc., making the filling machine unable to operate.
Triggering of safety protection devices: The safety protection devices of the filling machine, such as overload protection and leakage protection, are triggered, resulting in the machine stopping running.
Solutions:
Check the power supply situation to ensure stable voltage and firm connection of the power cord.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine, repair or replace damaged motors, transmission components, etc.
Check the reason for the triggering of the safety protection devices, and reset the safety protection devices after eliminating the faults.
Material Leakage
Causes:
Improper installation of the filling head: The seal between the filling head and the container is not good, resulting in material leakage.
Loose connection of pipelines: The sealing of the connection parts such as clamps and hose clips between the pipelines is not tight, causing material leakage.
Aging of sealing rings: The sealing rings age, deform and lose their sealing effect after long-term use.
Solutions:
Check the installation position and sealing condition of the filling head to ensure it fits tightly with the container.
Check and tighten the connection parts such as clamps and hose clips of the pipelines to ensure good sealing.
Replace the aging sealing rings regularly.
