What is the filling accuracy of the vinegar filling machine?

Advanced vinegar filling machines can control the filling accuracy error within a relatively small range, generally around ±0.5% to ±1%. However, the specific filling accuracy will also be affected by various factors.


Equipment Type and Quality
High-precision fully automatic filling machines usually have higher accuracy than semi-automatic filling machines. This is because fully automatic filling machines are equipped with more advanced control systems and precise filling heads. For example, some filling heads driven by advanced flow sensors and servo motors can control the flow rate of the liquid more accurately, thus achieving higher filling accuracy.
The manufacturing process and quality of the equipment are also crucial. If the components of the equipment are processed with high precision and assembled well, it can operate more stably during the filling process, which is beneficial for improving the filling accuracy.


Characteristics of Vinegar
The viscosity of vinegar will affect the filling accuracy. For vinegar with low viscosity, such as white vinegar, it has good fluidity and is easier to accurately control the filling volume in gravity or pressure filling machines. For high-viscosity fruit vinegar and the like, although pressure or vacuum filling machines can adapt to its filling, the filling accuracy may be slightly inferior because the flow characteristics of high-viscosity liquids in pipes and filling heads are more complex.
Whether there are impurities in the vinegar will also have an impact on the accuracy. If there are impurity particles in the vinegar, they may clog the tiny channels of the filling head, resulting in unstable liquid flow and further affecting the filling accuracy.


Filling Speed
Generally speaking, too high a filling speed may lead to a decrease in accuracy. When the filling machine operates at a higher speed, the flow state of the liquid in the pipes will become more complex, and situations such as foaming and splashing may occur. For example, in a gravity filling machine, if the filling speed is too fast, the vinegar may splash when flowing into the container due to the impact force, making the actual filling volume inaccurate.
However, modern advanced high-speed filling machines can balance the relationship between filling speed and accuracy to a certain extent through optimized design, such as adopting special filling head structures and precise control systems.


Container Factors
The shape and size of the container will affect the filling accuracy. For containers with irregular shapes, the judgment of the liquid level of the vinegar in them may be more complicated. For example, for some glass bottles with special shapes, the shape of their internal space is uneven, and the liquid level sensor of the filling machine may have difficulty accurately judging the filling height of the vinegar, thus affecting the filling accuracy.
The capacity size of the container is also relevant. For small-capacity containers, the relative error may be more easily affected by external factors, and the requirement for filling accuracy is higher; while for large-capacity containers, although the absolute error may be slightly larger, it is acceptable within a certain range.
