Working Principle
The servo rotor pump konjac paste filling machine is mainly composed of a stainless steel cam rotor pump, a servo motor, a quantitative control system, and related pipelines and valves. The cam and the rotor inside the pump cooperate with each other. When the servo motor drives the cam to rotate, the rotor rotates accordingly. During the rotation of the rotor, multiple closed working chambers are formed inside the pump. In the suction stage, the volume of the working chamber gradually increases, generating negative pressure, which sucks the konjac paste material into the working chamber. In the discharge stage, the volume of the working chamber gradually decreases, and the material is squeezed, causing the pressure to rise, and thus it is pushed to the filling outlet. The quantitative control system accurately controls the filling volume by controlling the rotation speed and rotation time of the servo motor to ensure that each filling of konjac paste is 500 grams.
