Working Principle
The mango jam filling machine with a servo double-screw conveying pump uses a double-screw conveying pump for the conveying and filling of mango jam. Two meshing screws rotate inside the pump body to form a sealed chamber. As the screws rotate, the chamber moves axially, sucking the mango jam from the material cylinder and forcibly pushing it to the filling head.
The servo motor precisely controls the rotation speed and the number of rotation turns of the double screws, thereby accurately controlling the conveying amount of the mango jam and achieving high-precision quantitative filling. By adjusting the parameters of the servo motor, the filling speed and filling amount can be flexibly adjusted according to different filling requirements.
Structural Composition
Filling System: It includes the material cylinder, double-screw conveying pump, filling head, etc. The material cylinder is used to store mango jam. The double-screw conveying pump is the core conveying component, which transports the mango jam from the material cylinder to the filling head, and the filling head is responsible for accurately filling the mango jam into the packaging container.
Transmission System: It is composed of components such as a servo motor, a speed reducer, and a coupling. The servo motor provides power, the speed reducer is used to reduce the rotation speed and increase the torque, and the coupling connects each transmission component to ensure the stable transmission of power.
Control System: It usually adopts an advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) combined with a touch screen for control. Operators can conveniently set parameters such as the filling amount, filling speed, and filling time on the touch screen. The PLC controls the operation of the servo motor according to the set parameters to achieve precise filling control.
Conveying System: It includes components such as a conveyor belt, a bottle feeding star wheel, and a bottle discharging star wheel. The conveyor belt is used to transport empty bottles and filled finished bottles. The bottle feeding star wheel and the bottle discharging star wheel are respectively responsible for accurately sending the empty bottles to the filling position and sending out the filled bottles, realizing the automated transportation of bottles.
Frame and Shell: It is made of high-quality stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and hygienic performance. The frame provides stable support for the equipment, and the shell protects the internal components of the equipment. At the same time, it makes the whole equipment beautiful and generous, meeting the hygienic requirements of the food production workshop.

Regular Maintenance: Regularly check and replace vulnerable parts such as the screws and seals of the double-screw conveying pump to ensure its normal operation. Add lubricating oil or grease to the speed reducer, motor, etc. of the transmission system to reduce wear and extend the service life.
