Here are some common syrup pumps:

Publication time:2025-03-15

Screw Pump
Working Principle: Relying on the rotation of the screw, a sealed chamber is formed inside the pump casing, pushing the syrup to move axially to achieve transportation.
Features: Low rotation speed, uniform and continuous flow rate, small vibration, low noise. It can transport high-viscosity media and mixed impurities containing gas, solid particles or fibers, and can transport various corrosive substances.
Application Scenarios: Widely applied in industries such as food, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals, and performs excellently in the transportation of syrups, honey, jams, etc.

Cam Rotor Pump
Working Principle: Relying on the two synchronously and reversely rotating rotors to generate suction force at the inlet during the rotation process, suck in the materials, and then transport the materials to the outlet.
Features: Capable of handling high-viscosity and high-concentration syrups, with a small shearing force on the materials, which can maintain the original characteristics of the syrup. It has good sealing performance and is not prone to leakage.
Application Scenarios: Commonly used in the transportation and filling of syrups in the food and beverage industry, and can also be used for the transportation of viscous materials in industries such as chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals.

Diaphragm Pump
Working Principle: Through the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm, the volume of the pump chamber is changed to form vacuum suction force and pressure, realizing the suction and discharge of the syrup.
Features: It has good self-priming performance, can transport corrosive and high-viscosity syrups, and there are various diaphragm materials, which can meet the transportation requirements of different syrups. It is convenient for maintenance and reliable in operation.
Application Scenarios: In industries such as food, chemical engineering, and electroplating, it is used to transport various corrosive liquids such as syrups, acids, and alkalis.

Gear Pump
Working Principle: Relying on the meshing motion of the gears, the syrup is carried from the suction chamber to the discharge chamber to achieve transportation.
Features: Simple and compact structure, reliable operation, stable flow rate. It is suitable for transporting syrups with low to medium viscosity and has good adaptability to the viscosity changes of the syrup.
Application Scenarios: Widely applied in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, and food, and is used to transport various viscous liquids such as oils, syrups, and glues.

Peristaltic Pump
Working Principle: By squeezing the elastic hose with rollers or pressure plates, a negative pressure is formed inside the tube to suck in the syrup, and then, as the rollers or pressure plates move, the syrup is extruded and transported.
Features: It has good self-priming ability, can precisely control the flow rate, has a small shearing force on the syrup during the transportation process, can maintain the quality of the syrup, and the pump tube is easy to replace, which is clean and hygienic.
Application Scenarios: Commonly used for the transportation of small-flow and high-precision syrups in industries such as food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals, and can also be used in fields such as laboratories and medical equipment.
