Working Principle
Taking the magnetically driven gear pump as the core component, the rotational movement of the gear is precisely controlled by a servo motor.
The motor drives the gears of the gear pump to rotate. During the meshing and separating process of the gears, a negative pressure is formed at the inlet of the pump, sucking the liquid fertilizer from the storage tank into the pump body.
Driven by the gears, the liquid fertilizer is conveyed to the outlet along the channels of the pump body, and then quantitatively filled into the target containers through the filling pipeline.
The servo motor can accurately control the rotation speed and the number of rotation turns of the gear pump, thereby precisely controlling the extraction and filling volume of the liquid fertilizer to achieve high-precision filling operations.

High Degree of Automation: It can be used in conjunction with the PLC control system and the touch screen human-machine interface to achieve one-touch operation, conveniently and quickly complete the setting, adjustment, and monitoring of the filling parameters. It can also be linked with front-end and back-end equipment such as the feeding system, bottle unscrambler, capping machine, labeling machine, etc., to realize the automated operation of the entire filling production line.
