The following are some key points for the maintenance of crystal mud filling machines:


Daily Maintenance


Cleaning Work: After each use, it is necessary to promptly remove the residual crystal mud on the surface and inside of the filling machine to prevent it from clogging the pipes, valves or affecting the normal operation of components after drying. For parts that are prone to residue such as the inlet, outlet, and filling heads, special attention should be paid to cleaning. They can be wiped with a damp cloth or a special cleaner, but care should be taken to avoid the cleaner entering the electrical components or mechanical transmission parts.


Inspecting Components: During the production process, regularly patrol and observe the mechanical components to check whether the rotation and lifting are normal, whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations, and whether the screws are loose. At the same time, check the tightness of transmission parts such as belts and chains. If there are any abnormalities, they should be adjusted or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.


Lubrication Maintenance: Regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each lubrication point of the filling machine, such as bearings, bushes, gears, chains and other parts, to reduce friction and wear, reduce the operating noise of the equipment, and extend its service life. Generally speaking, a comprehensive lubrication inspection and supplement should be carried out at least once a week.


Regular Maintenance


Inspecting Pneumatic Components: The pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, and speed control valves should be inspected monthly. Their quality and operational reliability can be checked by manual adjustment. Check whether the cylinders have air leakage and sticking phenomena. The solenoid valves can be manually forced to operate to determine whether the electromagnetic coils are burned out and whether the valves are clogged.


Maintaining the Electrical System: Regularly inspect the electrical system of the filling machine, including wires, cables, plugs, sockets, switches, relays, etc., to check whether there are any damages, aging, loosening and other phenomena, ensuring that the electrical connections are firm and reliable, without any safety hazards such as electric leakage and short circuit. At the same time, clean the dust and debris inside the electrical control cabinet to prevent them from affecting the heat dissipation and normal operation of the electrical components.


Inspecting Pipes and Valves: Regularly inspect the parts such as pipes and valves that are in contact with the crystal mud to check whether there are any problems such as wear, corrosion, and leakage. If there is a leakage, the sealing parts should be replaced in a timely manner; for severely worn pipes and valves, they should be replaced to ensure the normal progress of the filling process and the accuracy of material metering.


Maintenance during Long-term Shutdown


Emptying the Materials: If the filling machine is to be stopped for a long time, the crystal mud materials in the pipes must be emptied to prevent the materials from drying up, caking in the pipes and clogging the pipes, which may affect the next use.


Cleaning and Protection: After a comprehensive cleaning of the filling machine, apply an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil or protective agent on the surface of the equipment to prevent the equipment from rusting and corroding. At the same time, cover the equipment with a dust cover to avoid dust, debris and other things from entering the inside of the equipment.


Operation Specifications and Training


Correct Operation: Operators should strictly follow the operating procedures of the filling machine and should not arbitrarily change the parameters and operation modes of the equipment to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by improper operation.


Personnel Training: Regularly train the operators of the filling machine to make them familiar with the structure, working principle, operating procedures and maintenance key points of the equipment, improve the skill level and maintenance awareness of the operators, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the effective implementation of maintenance work.
